Formatting Text in Phaser

There’s a great Phaser tutorial here on making your first game in phaser, including downloadable sample code. It provides really useful sample code.
Unfortunately, the text formatting changed since the tutorial (which used Phaser 2.0.1 – the current version is 2.1.1). The tutorial suggests you set the font like so:
scoreText = game.add.text(16, 16, 'score: 0', { fontSize: '32px', fill: '#000' });
This doesn’t work. The correct style is:
scoreText = game.add.text(16, 16, 'score: 0', { font: '32px Arial', fill: '#000' });
